What if AI makes us talk to each other more? AI and effective teamwork
The workplace has become an increasingly collaborative place. Irrespective of industries or job roles, people are working together in teams that must be bound together with strong communication if they are to succeed. While robots may overtake tasks, they will never replace people so, the role of AI in teams should be to foster engagement and enhance interaction in order to drive productivity. Alistair will reveal how combining AI with behavioural economics, data science and psychology can improve team cohesion and business performance.
Alistair is the Founder and President of people analytic business, Saberr. He is also a global scholar and fellow of the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, a Startup Weekend facilitator and an UP Global Research Fellow. Before founding Saberr, Alistair was an engineering researcher and Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Southampton, and a guest lecturer at the Universities of Bristol, Exeter and Southampton.
